UN General Assembly Resolution 74/299 declared a Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021–2030, with the target to reduce road traffic deaths & injuries by at least 50% during that period
The Global Plan describes what is needed to achieve that target, and calls on governments & partners to implement an integrated
SAFE SYSTEM APPROACH
This communication campaign s to facilitate the information to the public audience. My design concept is based on the visuals from traffic signs and symbols. Both Global Plan and traffic signs are made to give people descriptions to go in the right way and do the right thing so that we will be living in a safer world.
The Global Plan is human-centric so the human silhouette was chosen to be the mascot of the campaign. The human photographs are edited in a way that they interact with the 2D graphic. The flat symbols are arranged as if they were living in the real world. To make it interesting for the audience to read this expert information, I try to break the content into many separate posts with bold typography and eye-catching graphics.
